Halloween at Sedona Center: Trick-or-Treating, Spooky Sweets & More
Halloween in Sedona comes with a pretty spectacular backdrop. Red rocks glowing in the late-afternoon sun, crisp fall air, and Uptown streets filled with tiny witches, superheroes, ghosts and the occasional dinosaur. Throw in candy, costumes and a little Halloween mischief, and you've got all the ingredients for a spooktacular celebration.
This Halloween, Sedona Center is joining the fun for one of Uptown's favorite annual traditions. And whether you're bringing the kids, meeting friends or simply looking for a festive night out, there's plenty to enjoy before, during and after the trick-or-treating.
Trick-or-Treat, Uptown Style
Forget wandering from house to house. In Uptown Sedona, Halloween takes over the neighborhood's shops and storefronts.
On Saturday, October 31, from 5 to 8 p.m., the annual Uptown Trick-or-Treat invites families to enjoy a free evening of costumes, candy and community fun. Participating merchants, including Sedona Center, welcome little ghosts and goblins for treats in a festive, walkable setting.
Look for participating storefronts marked with Halloween decorations or event signs, and keep an eye out for some seriously creative costumes. From elaborate family ensembles to last-minute homemade masterpieces, people-watching is half the fun.
The celebration has also featured appearances by local first responders and community performances in years past, adding even more excitement to the evening.
Best of all? The event is free, family-friendly and right in the heart of Uptown Sedona.
A Little Something Before the Candy
Every good Halloween adventure needs fuel, especially when little ones have three hours of trick-or-treating ahead of them.
Fortunately, Sedona Center has plenty of options for a pre-Halloween meal or a relaxing dinner after the festivities.
Craving something casual? Grab pizza and pasta at Sedona Pizza Company, or settle in at Canyon Breeze Restaurant for crowd-pleasing favorites and spectacular red rock views.
For a sit-down dinner, Open Range Grill & Tavern serves hearty American fare in a Western-inspired setting, while Don Diego Mexican Cuisine brings the bold flavors of Mexico to your Halloween evening.
Whether you're feeding a family of hungry superheroes or enjoying a date night in costume, there's a table waiting for you.
Sweet Treats at Sabrina’s
